Dr. Steve really cares. Even though it's a chain, they treat you like a valued neighbor. Usually no or short wait. Yes, no drive,- thru but way more convenient and they actually answer the phone.

Naveen is the best pharmacist EVER! Not only are her and Steve personable, and understanding. They do what they can to ensure that I get my medications promptly. I refuse to go anywhere else for my medications! This is the best pharmacy in Illinois!

Make sure you check your expiration dates and check produce for mold! Seems to always be rotting food on the shelf. Just yesterday I bought lunch meat without realizing it expired over a month ago.

Jewel-Osco of Libertyville IL, if you're not going to sanitize your carts, could you please make sure there are wipes so we can do it ourselves? For the past month or longer, there have been no wipes although the stand is there to dispense them. It also doesn't look like the carts are being sanitized either. Very disappointing during this pandemic.

The manager on duty at Jewel Osco ***Libertyville location*** this afternoon told me they can't refuse people entry to the store if they aren't wearing a mask. This was after I complained about the woman behind me with no mask who was clearing her throat and sniffling and was not maintaining 6ft distance. Not even the manager on duty had a correct awareness of the executive order. I will be calling to report them on Monday and I thought all of you should know so you can determine how comfortable you are with that and proceed as you wish. That will be my last trip to Jewel Osco ever!

Was looking for Lysol and Instacart, apparently if Jewel does have it they're selling it for $11 and some change. Never realized Lysol cost that much. Shame on you Jewel! A really disappointing move.
