What has taken several phone calls & a lot of frustration on my part prior to connecting with Pachis & Associates, Kristi came to the meeting prepared by already reviewing my Policy, had some suggestions, listened to my thoughts on coverage, and she was able to reconcile in 45 minutes what I'd spent blood, sweat, and tears (mostly tears) trying to do on my own for far too long! Kristi knew exactly what I wanted, we discussed thoughts I had (even though I am not an expert), and reconciled everything I needed to in one telephone call. She is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable & I felt like my business was not only important to her, but important to get right the first time so that this could be my last call to AmFam about my coverage.

In short, I am over the moon to have finally found a partner in Pachis & Associates and have the privilege of working with Kristi. I was spoiled with my first Agent & her level of customer service (I just didn't know it) -- I now feel spoiled again, and that has been a long time coming!
