I’m regretting putting a star they don’t deserve it. My wife supposed to have a car rented here we couldn’t rented for our own reasons but the attitude of the both ladies who I believe they don’t like to work there is a very strong reason for not to set a foot in this place.Very bad experience with that horrible customer service.We are still waiting the refund.

Very unprofessional company. My insurance company sent me to this location. I was given a car that door was broken from the start. I was not provided a walk through of the vehicle showcasing the damage before leaving the rental lot. I was randomly charged 3 weeks later for damage that I did not do. I was not provided a notification I was only told by the clerk that they tried to call me and was told they had the wrong number. I asked for a detail of the charges and nothing added up at all. Definitely avoid this company if you have a choice unless you like random charges weeks after you drop off the rental car with no explanation.

Biggest headache ever trying to rent a car from here , the two ladies at the front counter were so unprofessional and gave nasty attitudes the whole time . Do not recommend renting a car here at all

Omg never ever will I be doing business with Hertz. This location is bottom line customer service. Save your self time and get a car somewhere else. People at this location need to get some training in place.

they will charge you a gas fee, even when you gas up and bring back, i file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. renter beware

They cancelled my reservation the night before at 5 pm stating " the woman who runs the system wont be in tomorrow". So your pretty SOL. This is my second time at this facility, the first time the woman in the front was extremely rude as well.I don't like giving 1 stars, but the level of incompetence and just rudeness was insane.

Staff are extremely helpful and responsive. April the manager is wonderful, engaging and worked tirelessly to help us navigate issues related to delays in getting our personal vehicle back from the body shop. I highly recommend this Hertz branch and will definitely use them again when I need to rent a car.

Cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Policy says you have 24 hours to pick up a vehicle but they canceled after 2.5 hours. Said I would get refunded but just checked my credit card after a month and still have not been refunded. Had to reserve another vehicle a couple days later. The windshield was very dirty making it hard to see.

Never doing business at this location ever after my reservation was confirmed, visiting the location it was told they do not have any car available. They also mentioned to wait for their call in case any availability comes up but no one even bothered to inform. Wish there was 0 star for this location. The staff was not welcoming.

The staff at this location was great and very accommodating. I needed a rental on short notice due my car stopping in route to work. The tow service was delayed for a couple hours, yet my rental was still available upon my arrival. My rental car was clean, well maintained and had a full gas tank. Hertz's rates were competitive so I also saved a couple of bucks.

This is a fairly good service overall. The value was good as was the car choices.The only thing is that employees need to be more welcoming: make some eye contact and try to fake a smile if you can’t really smile (it’s not so hard!)They’re doing a good job but not paying attention to a part of customer service, which is very important when you’re dealing with customers at a front desk.
