If I could give ZERO stars I would!! The female who was working behind the counter 5/21/22 in the early afternoon was unbelievably rude. She never said hello or any other greeting just stared straight ahead and then said “which one you want”; after I looked at her waiting for some type of greeting; as if I were there to purchase a lottery ticket…. I told her you’re rude and she said “ oh whatever”. I took my business and gas purchase across the street to the Mobile station. The gentleman there greeted me as soon as I walked in. BP, you will lose more customers keeping that cashier working for you. Everyone doesn’t pay at the pump.

Receipts on the pumps rarely work, because 90 percent of the time, you have to walk inside the store to get a receipt. Also the touch screens on their pumps do not work properly as some of them will not take the number your loyalty card when you need to type it in. Staff is always polite, not their fault. Obviously, ownership does not care.
