Waited to 20 minutes while the staff was busy gabbing about their personal lives with another customer. I am a local Libertyville resident and I DO NOT recommend going here because of service issues.

Bike was accessed when brought in , options were dicussed, plan was set , and time frame was given. Very pleased with products used to make repairs! Quality people to deal with! Have had work done before,will see them again for any future repairs!

I had a very disappointing experience at this bike shop. When I visited, I was purposely ignored by an older gentleman who worked there. Despite my attempts to get his attention, he made it clear he wasn't interested in helping. It's really frustrating when you're ready to spend money, but the staff just doesn't seem to care.
There was a young employee who tried to assist me, and while I appreciated his effort, he simply didn't have the knowledge to answer my questions or provide the help I needed.
Thankfully, I decided to check out Lifestyle Cycle just down the street, and the difference was night and day. The staff there was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. They even gave me some free parts to repair the damaged part I had. If you're looking for great customer service and real expertise, I'd definitely recommend skipping this shop and heading to Lifestyle Cycle instead.

I recently had a fabulous experience with this establishment. I was loading my bike onto the car rack when I noticed an issues with my front bike tire. I was in a panic because I was on my way into Chicago for the triathlon weekend. Of course I was in a panic. I stopped in to George Garner Cyclery on my way into the city and asked if someone could help. With no hesitation on their part, my front tire was fixed within 10 minutes and I was in my way. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
