Was able to park close, ship 4 tires with ease. They have carts to use for convenience, but the front door does not automatically stay open. Super friendly staff!

Had a rude staff member who didn't help me at all, and I also ended up spending money to not even be helped. She also talked down to me like I was an idiot. Spend your money elsewhere or drive the extra 5 minutes to a different FedEx location.

The Libertyville location has been our “go to” for years. Today and in the past, the customer service is so personal and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

As of 8/19/2024 this location is permanently closed. Try Gurnee to the north or Vernon Hills to the south.

Beware of this location and careless employees that work here. Long story short, dropped off a return package at this location and gave them a QR code for a prepaid packing label. Apparently they stuck the wrong sticker on my package and sent it out. Now my package was sent to the wrong address, never returned by whoever received it and I'm out $250.00. David the store owner has brushed the issue off as a claims issue. I created a claim per his request and FedEX denied due to a lack of "evidence" that my package was ever handed off to FedEX since my label was never properly scanned and entered in the system. David has yet to stand by his store and reputation by correcting the issue for me. He would prefer to take the easy way out by saying that it's out of his hands and up to claims now. Funny how any other business that "lost" someone's personal belonging once left in their care would be responsible for making this right, but dont expect that here. They'll tell you to kick rocks.

Please when you go to this store make sure your customer service person would be anyone else other than Karina. The way she communicated with my request was less of what I experienced with other customer service in this store. Maybe my interaction with her today will help her polish the way she deals with good paying customers.

The past two orders have been disappointing. The first was sent over, and they always call to inform me when it's ready for pick up. After almost a week I called and was told it was there waiting for me. I asked why no one had called, and there was no reason. I was told "I don't know". Yesterday I showed up at the scheduled pick up time on an order placed 24 hours in advance and was told that their large format printer was down and she had just called for service. The manager on duty had to look up my order (copies and mounted poster), and then let me know. No one called and based on that interaction, it seems no one had even looked at my order or they could of had the prints ready and waiting at the time and a phone call could have been made. Her reason is she was there alone. While I have a lot of sympathy, I also needed this for work. A phone call or an email notifying me and I could have redirected this to another location or OfficeMax across the parking lot to ensure I had it when I needed it.No apology, just excuses after leaving me in a bind.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! L❤️VE this place and the people who work in here! Justin is my favorite! They just are always so friendly and helpful, wonderful to talk to and willing to help you with whatever your needs are. The environment is so clean, organized, welcoming, warm, inviting that anytime I have a project or assignment I’m doing I know that I can focus and get it done here. However, I love this place so much that I always end up spending more money here than I do on clothes shopping!

FedEx has a new policy (effective Nov 1, 2021). No refunds on late deliveries even though they charge extra to get it there the next morning. I called this office to see if they could just tell me where I could get the policy in writing. I didn’t complain that their staff, knowing the importance of the package and charging me extra to get it where it had to be, NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THIS POLICY. Clerk couldn’t help and manager wasn’t going to be bothered to take my call.
