“Great staff and service. The only thing that I don’t like about the clinic is you have to be available 15mins prior to appointment, if you don’t, your appointment will be cancelled. So in total you have to dedicate extra time for the service. Other than that, providers are best, especially Dr Lillian and Dr Shirazi are the best.”

“My husband and I have been patients for 10+ years, both generally seeing Chris W. Love her - she never makes you feel judged, listens to you and talks through your options. We have both done well with her. The only other practitioner we've seen is Andrew and those experiences were quite the opposite. My husband came home today after his appointment very upset and feeling like he got blown off - he was trying to open a conversation around a condition he's had since childhood and recently has not been managing well at all. There was no options given to him besides being told he'd just have to deal with it (which is wholly false - there are plenty of treatment options, including non-medicinal options- none of which were recommended). My experience with this practitioner was for him to recommend that I wean myself off of a medication because the dose was so low that "it really can't be doing anything" only to see my symptoms rebound massively. I had to go back on it. So, there seems to be some really stellar practitioners here and then there's some that aren't. I don't recommend Andrew, but highly recommend Chris W.”

“The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.”
