CrossFit Freedom is an enormous, beautiful, and clean facility with all the necessary equipment. It is easy to get to, located right off the interstate. The workout programming provides real, solid workouts. The coaches and community create a positive vibe with great energy, offering a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere. The gym also features a cafe with healthy meals and snacks, sweet shirts, and amenities like seating areas with wifi and ADA showers.
Everyone at this place is friendly, inviting, and encouraging. Coaches and members. Great guidance for someone new to CrossFit. Coming to CFF is something I look forward to!
