I highly recommend Buss flowers! I have worked with Jan for many occasions, and while I have always been happy with her work in the past, she recently exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I envisioned for my daughter's baby shower and then added her own creative touches. The arrangements were absolutely stunning! The flowers were also high quality and lasted a week after the shower.

Bought a $50 bouquet, they started to die the next day. The recipient of the flowers, who is a Libertyville business owner, told me to tell them what happened because they would want to know. i did, and they did not want to do anything to make it right.

Oh my goodness what a lovely and wonderful flower/ plant shop. This quaint and cozy nursery sits on a corner in libertyville owned by a lady and her dog. My coworker and I walked in for a last minute plant pick for our boss's anniversary. The last wasn't too knowledgable about plants but definitely had an eye for aesthetics and placement. We chose three plants and a basket and the rest was history! While the price was a bit much, I feel it was worth it to make our boss smile as she adores plants. Would highly recommend for your plant needs.

Cannot believe the level of customer service this flower shop operates at! Outstanding arrangement selection with fresh, beautiful, vibrant colors that last. The recipient was so impressed with this long-standing Libertyville Florist that she will continue to give them her business. The pricing and value in this business is a bonus! So happy with Jan and Amanda's excellent customer service...above and beyond! Give them your business as they don't seem to disappoint at any level.

Not the place for homecoming or prom flowers!! I ordered 3 weeks in advanced and when I came to pick up my nosgay and boutonnière they told me they couldn't find it. They have no mode of organization on busy days like prom. Luckily they made us a new one, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Not reliable on an important day!! :(

They made it so easy to help with what I wanted for my great aunt's funeral. The dish garden had eight plants in it. It was exactly what I wanted for my cousins! The arrangement was just beautiful! I would highly recommend using this florist shop.

I was hosting a retirement party for retiring Soldiers. I ordered Flowers for the wives and had no Idea what to get. The owner told me not to worry about it and the arrangement would be available the next day. They were absolutely gorgeous.As I was walking into the venue, complete strangers stopped and told me how beautiful the arrangement was and the wives were very pleased.

A friend just was transferred to a rehab hospital in Libertyville. I found Buss Flowers online and checked the reviews. I called anew spoke with Jan. She suggested a Phalaenopsis Orchid. I was happy she made this suggestion. We had a lovely conversation discussing the situation and background of my friend. She made it extra special for her. My friend is thrilled with her plant. Delivery was right on time as we discussed. Thank you Jan for the 5 Star service.

I was in need of a flower arrangement for my mom's urn For a celebration of life ceremony. I of course was moving as quickly as I could and forgot to order this last essential piece. I called Buss Flowers 2 days before the event and they took care of me. Jan spoke with me and asked for all of my requirements and timing. I told her that the memorial was on Sunday and she said what time, and had the shop open and the piece ready for me to pick up. It was beautiful and we received great service.

I was dropping off some used pots and vases and I had one from Christmas last year that I wanted to reuse. I asked to have an arrangement made up with Christmas greens that would last a couple weeks until Christmas. I was thrilled when I saw what they created. It was very reasonably priced and beyond my expectations. This is why I continue to come back to Buss!

Beyond disappointed. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend and was very specific about time frame and making contact with my friend before delivery. They failed to deliver the arrangement and did not contact me to discuss other arrangements. Completely embarrassed when I talked with my friend to check on her and ask if she liked the flowers...only to find she never received them. Called Jan, the owner, and was made to feel like in someway it was my fault and took absolutely no responsibility. "I've been doing this 40 years and these things happen" is not an acceptable response or remedy.
