“I had to replace my license plate and couldn’t get the old one off. Ended up breaking one bolt and stripping the other. Liberty took my car without an appointment, drilled out the broken bolt and put on the new plate with new bolts. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic!”
“My service coordinator, Brendan, is awesome.
I brought my car in directly to the dealership as it indicated the car was about to shut down. Brendan told me that he would have one of the techs do a diagnostic assessment.
Then came back to me to explain the situation with the definitive diagnosis of the car’s problem. He was able to squeeze me into an extremely busy day at the dealership and get me on my way within two hours.
Brendan is a consummate professional and I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve worked with him and some of the other members of the service staff.”

The work was completed a day earlier than promised and I was kept updated on the progress daily via text message. The bumper looks great and the car was completely cleaned inside and out when I arrived to pick it up. I would definitely go back here for any future body work.”
