August 1, 2023 at approximately 3:30 pm - I arrived at the BMO office at 890 S Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville.I needed some navigation help with the ZELLE app, how to install it on my account. I waited until Ivan Lopez Aguilar was free and invited me to his table.I explained the purpose of the visit.Ivan Lopez Aguilar said that for this I need to bring my personal computer or use an iPhone. I didn't want to use iPhone and agreed to bring my personal computer.Ivan Lopez Aguilar said that I must go to another office, because today he does not want to help me.It was before 4:00 pm. My home is 5 minutes drive from this office, I can be back with my computer within 10 minutes.When I asked him why I couldn't go back to this office, Ivan Lopez Aguilar got up, started moving towards me and screamed: " leave my desk”, " leave the bank”.I hope you have camera - which recorded this situation.I stepped out from his desk and asked Cristina Rizzio if she could help me with ZELLE. She really helped and it took ~10 minutes.I believe that Ivan Lopez Aguilar is extremely dangerous and unprofessional.I am a BMO customer for about 30 years and would like to bring this situation to your attention.I would like to request a resolution, and an appropriate action to be taken to address the situation.

We’ve done our personal and business banking at this branch ever since the Lincolnshire branch closed down. While I am not aware of any “perfect “ banks, I’ve been mostly well pleased with this branch’s commitment to dependable and friendly service.

If you plan on moving out of the Midwest. This bank doesn't do wire transfers over the phone...they'll hold your money and prevent you from making your down payment.

TERRIBLE experience. I waited for about 1 and a half and all I needed was to get a new debit card which took about 10 min. There was only 1 lady that was working in the cubicles that was able to help me, she was attending to another customer but chatting up, talking like she didnt have people waiting on her. This branch needs to hire more reliable people that can come into work or get a better manager with better skills so that all the employees arent off on the same day. Ridiculous.

I get no notice and all of a sudden after having an account with them for over 30 years I get my statement and they charge me $2 for a paper statement and a $12 admin fee. Another reason to now have all banking done at the credit union.
