How bad could this place be, I asked myself. That was three months ago, before I couldn't get a call back, before they sent the wrong supplies twice and charged me for the privilege. When I called to explain their mistake, I couldn't reach them for over a month. My physician referred me here, and I will never forgive them for subjecting me to this terrible practice. Avoid AT ALL COSTS. Public Service Announcement: If you find yourself dealing with this place, and can't get to a human, dial extension 1001 - this hidden extension will actually get you to a human person. Ugh.

Horrible experience! They did not get pre authorization for my cpap machine, now my insurance is trying to bill me $3000. The first month I had the machine was fine as they sent my replacement supplies, after that have not received anything. Have received phone calls about replacing supplies only to be hung up on and never hearing back from them. My mask is so worn that It’s keeping my up at night instead of helping me sleep.

The customer service here is worst than awful, it’s nonexistent. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at all. They use voicemail or email, which the never respond to. They don’t automatically give you access to their ordering systems and they won’t let you know if your prescription has lapsed, they just put your account on hold and ignore you. They should not be in business. And the Center for Sleep Medicine won’t let you go through another vendor for supplies.

Horrible place. I hate my CPAP (not their problem), but it’s been a chore to try and return the equipment. Forget about trying to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. You need to go in person to get anything done. Would not recommend at all!!

The absolute worst customer service you will ever encounter/endure. I would just order from somewhere else, but I can't get a call back about my prescription which has lapsed. My last 2 orders were held up because of the prescription, and I still can't get a call back.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET! Sent me a CPap machine, billed the insurance incorrectly, and sent no instructions on how to use the machine and no where to call. If you need a CPap machine, use ANYONE but this company.

The worst company. Will call you with an automated reminder that you have "covered benefits" which are not covered. Their prices are 4x more than Amazon. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to purchase your supplies.

Do not go here. Find ANYWHERE else to get a sleep study and CPAP. Our experience with these people have been a nightmare from day one and you can never get a hold of anyone to talk to

This is the most unresponsive medical office I have ever dealt with. I called them on Mon. March 16 and left a message as instructed. Here it is March 19 and 2 more calls left in the interim with no response. I am just trying to order new supplies. I went online and ordered them 2 weeks ago but never received anything. Try a different sleep medicine provider. That's what I'm doing.

I spent 1 hour 45 min trying to contact a human so I could order a new motor for my Cpap device. I was on hold for 50 mins because, "all our representatives are busy with other customers. I find that hard to believe.I contacted the 708 number and I finally got a person. I explained the situation and she sent be back to the Libertyville number....whoes reprise. were busy ( as indicated above) Someone in charge has to reorganize their system to make it more customer friendly. A final note: the recorded message was to write an email to an address that was spoken at 30 mph. Beware.

I am so dissappointed in your customer service. We got a CPAP weeks ago and after 4 times of no one calling us back to answer our questions I can only report that you are unprofessional and not returning a patients call after so many attempts is terrible service. Please call us and I will consider removing this review.
