Needed Forks for my 1025R John Deere. Martin didn't have in Liberty/Quincy Store but Salesman, Eric located one in Carthage. Eric then went and got it the next day. We picked it up at Liberty/Quincy Store and used it right away.Nice Customer Service, we really appreciate it!

Worked with Joe on buying a used John Deere. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Entire company worked seamlessly to get it shipped on time, etc. Would 100% shop here again.

My E110 mower was picked up by the Martin-Sullivan services on the 14th of July . I have called numerous times and aways to busy to answer. Leave a message calls are not returned. I finally made several trips out to thier office and was told therewas a strike at JD, it was harvest season, there were others ahead of me,etc. Today September 27th they were kind enough to send me a loaner mower so i could at least mow my yard. Still do not know when my E110 mower will be returned.

I used the Web portal to try to contact them about picking up and servicing my mower. No response for four days. I then called the service department and asked if they had gotten my message. They were very apologetic and came and picked my mower up the next day. Fair enough, anyone can make a mistake.I heard nothing for nine days but it's spring and they are going to be busy, I told myself. They called on the twelfth day, Friday, to get permission to straighten the deck guide wheels and authorize a new battery. I asked what the out-the-door price would be with the tuneup and repairs and was quoted mid-$500 range. Pricey, but they do good work. I OKed them to proceed.I called them up the following Monday to see if my mower was ready. When the sales department told me the bill, the price was close to $700.00! When I asked why, the story was that they had let someone go or they had quit and that they were "picking up the pieces around there" and that a lot of people were waiting on their equipment. I guess some vehicles had not been properly invoiced, including mine, so instead of putting $700 towards a newer model, more than one quarter the price of a new one, I paid my "new" total which was $130.00 over my quote. Had I known it would be that .much over $550.00 to begin with, I probably would have traded mine in on something newer. This will be the last time I do business with this company. I could overlook the time for turnaround, and the work they do is solid but I refuse to do any more business with a company that misses their estimates by nearly 25% overage and then shrugs when I complain and says, "Oh well.". There are other places which will stand behind their work...and their word.EDIT: Martin called me this morning and told me they had reviewed my bill and that they would be sending me a check for approx. $105.00 due to an error on their end. Nice to see a company try to make a situation right. I have subsequently changed my review score. Much thanks to Martin for reaching out, it means a lot to feel heard.

I recently had my riding lawn mower in for the first time for a tune up service. They called and said it needed a few extra items. When I asked what the the total bill amount was they gave me just the price for the extra parts and labor only, and did not include the charge for the tune up. I gave my approval based on that number. Unfortunately the bill was much higher that expected. They also tried to charge me for services not authorized, and lastly they do not tell you up front what labor charges are. I got billed $296.00 for putting a deck spindle on, a new belt put on and two dust caps. Very poor customer service! I do recommend that if you use them get a written quote with a breakdown of part and labor for any service that you are quoted before approving!Update: I did receive a call from the Quincy facility. The gentleman that I talked with said they made an error when calculating the labor charge. They did refund me $161.45. I changed my rating to a three star.

My salesman was honest, straightforward, helpful, and treated me like he would like to have been treated. Not pushy, no hype. Went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Very impressed. Fed me all his known information. I will not forget that.
