Owners lost a large check of ours and they stated due to it being their fault they were taking the loss on it. The check was a temp check with no check number and no way to cancel it. We moved and in the mean time the daughter took over and decided she wanted the money and changed the locks on our unit. Claims she sent us certified mail and claims it was refused by us. We never received anything, I’ve tried calling a few times about closing our account and getting our belongings. Never got a return call, whenever I called I was always told they were the caretaker and that they would forward the message. Today I finally received a call back from the daughter and she says our things are gone, she couldn’t answer correctly if they were burned or put in a dumpster. She kept changing her story, would not let me speak. She was very rude and judgmental. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company but I do not recommend.
