These are low budget discou t stores. They are made to be 2-3 star places. The bar for these is so low I consider a "good" one to be one that doesn't reek of urine.

Store is always a mess and I called to ask if they had a specific brand of baby formula and both ladies I talked to on the phone were so rude. They refused to even look for the product and treated me like garbage.

It is the smallest General Dollar that I have visited but it is well stocked unlike other larger ones.
