Purchased a floral bouquet as pictured from Blooming Basket Online, what was sent was not what was pictured...I even upgraded to the best, all said 130.00.
Called De Voe, they said they would swap bouquet out the next day never did. No reduction in cost, no follow up response. If you say you will do something follow thru.

This is a friendly place and they have lots of different items in there store they.They would do a flower Arrangement every month for my mom and she loved it. They did a nice job

I ordered an arrangement online at sendflowers.com for my grandmas bday who uses Devoe as their local flower shop in Lena. Yes the flowers were delivered the same day but what a joke! The arrangement is super tiny and Looks nothing like the picture ordered. Over priced and not what I paid for. Wishing I could upload what I paid for vs what I got. Very disappointed.

My sister and I were VERY disappointed as we didn't get what we ordered. Paris claimed that she didn't hear me say "bright colors, like reds and yellows" (My sister was a witness to the conversation) We wanted an arrangement that would personify our mom at her funeral.........NOT pastel pinks and lavenders! They did not return my call like they said they would when I called to complain......I had to call back nearly a week later to see what their decision was re: the issue. I asked for my the money to be returned as we did NOT get what we had ordered........she only would reluctantly return 25%, to which I did not agree. I will never do business there again.

By far, the BEST hometown floral shop!! They can handle all of your floral needs. Beautiful gift shop as well!! Definitely worth a trip to Lena!!!!

Received a bouquet of red Rose's with red carnations for Valentine's day. The bouquet was nice a little Christmas looking. Very polite driver. Keep in mind Illinois is freezing.
