My husband was discharge from the ER late last night, after a pretty serious car accident. on the drive home we realized it was 10:55 and the pharmacy closed at 11pm. I called (with little hope) to ask if the medication could be transferred to a 24 hour pharmacy . The gentleman on the phone said he would wait a few extra mins for us to get there to grab the medicine, my husband was able to get his pain relief and didn't have to suffer as much as he would have over night. Due to a kind man willing to stay late he was able to get some sleep. Thank you for your compassion ?.

Needed a quick (in 30-60) refill for a lost Albuterol inhaler. Online refill portal showed three and a half hours, so I decided to call. I explained the situation to the person on the phone, and asked how quickly they could fill it. They told me, no kidding, a minimum of 40 hrs (day and a half). For an Albuterol refill. That I explained we needed quickly. Normally I find Walgreens to be responsive and helpful, but this is a joke.

I just got a bill from a flu shot 8 months ago. My shots are covered, so it could be fraudulent. We called this location, and they said to just pay it. They told me that you have to challenge a bill like this within the first 5 days. Again, it's been 8 months. Needless to say, I'll never use Walgreens again.

Unapologetic and zero sense of urgency when Rx is needed and it's not in stock. Text message every day saying it is expected soon. Now I need the medication and still not in stock, other local Walgreens don't have it either. I understand suppliers and manufacturers are struggling. How about a notice that I need to work on alternatives with my doctor a few days early. You are my local pharmacy and you helped fail me. This particular Rx requires an increasing dosage over time, critical I maintain schedule. My child also requires a drug that Walgreens never has in stock and they will not admit it will never be in stock. Just keep telling us they will call when it comes in, we have to call others like Osco and CVS to find that Rx. Store portion is fine but they can't seem to keep the boxed Chardonnay wine in stock.

This company is absolutely terrible. Corporate doesn't seem to care for their workers. Maybe it's just the district in this area but they are disgusting people. If you are not making them a profit, they will throw you away. No second chances. I was tired of them asking me for the credit card everytime. Obviously forcing their workers to ask which is shitty. Are you guys dumb? The interest rate is so high. No one needs another credit card.

The employees are very nice, but the pharmacy wait times (inside and drive up) are ridiculously long. Avoid at all costs.

OMG- tried ordering a photo gift, each time I received a confirmation email that my order was received, then a few hours later it was cancelled by the store. This happened 4 times in a row from 9am to 6pm - calling doesn't help as they all feign ignorance even the so called Manager. What a waste of my time.

Every time I visit this pharmacy something goes wrong. They either lose my paper script, message me when RX is ready and I wait in line for a half hour for them to tell me it’s not ready. When I asked why I got a text stating it’s ready when it’s not the technician tells me it’s automated and not always ready when it says it is. Unbelievable! They are super slow and some technicians have major attitude problems. I will be transferring all my stuff over to Osco across the street going forward.

1 star, zero if I could this walgreens is so slow.. I saw them take pharmacists from filling scripts to give shots. Unbelievable. This bad serviceis nothing new but this pandemic has caused it to be so much worse. This isn't a new thing, its absolutely horrendous. I even get texts that my medicine is ready and when I get there it's not
