let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!

Nothing but friendly, prompt service any time I've been here. Not sure what's up with the 1 star reviews, especially from the lady who's too worried about what someone else is wearing to focus on the service itself. Mind your business maybe?

I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews (harsh much?) I just moved to Lemont and have gone to this location a few times to make Amazon returns. Not only were they quick, they were friendly and patient. I also returned our AT&T fiber modem there and they packaged it for me for free and provided a receipt in case AT&T tries to charge me and say it was never dropped off for return.Please remember the whole world is understaffed ever since Covid, so some of the below issues could have been to new staff/turnover or just one off instances.Anyways, I will use this location as my dedicated shipping and return point for all packages. 5/5.

The couple that work there are wonderful! But went in Saturday 5/13 and had a guy working in there wearing an upside down cross necklace. I felt very uncomfortable and creeped out. Will not be coming back to this store!

Horrible experience at the lemont,il location today. Only 1 worker and she ignored everyone in line to help someone do something on the computer. After 15 minutes I spoke up that she has to help the line and not spend all her attention on 1 person, and she ignored me and roller her eyes. I left and stormed out of there without getting any service today and I waited 20 minutes at this point to drop off an Amazon package with a prepaid QR code. She was the young girl wearing shorts with tattoos all over her body. Disgusting service today

Everytime I come into the Lemont location the same two ladies are incredibly disrespectful and rude. One time I went in to ship something back to the manufacturer for a return and needed it boxed and shipped. The lady saw approximately 4 individual dog hairs and she lost her mind and almost pushed it off the table and said I had to leave because she had a dog allergy. Lmao. I wonder how many dog owners have come in and yet she still lives. And then today I come in to buy some cardboard boxes to move. 10 bucks they want for each individual box, of cardboard. Seriously. When I said no that it's too much the lady rudely says, "Byeeeeeeee, have a nice day!" I'm pretty fluent in sarcasm and it was pretty clear. It is very evident that the employees here aren't happy people. I'd give em a hug but....dogs.

First off, I said good morning and she just stared at me. I had two large Ikea bags of bubble mailers ready to go. I said "I would like to ship these". To which she replies "you want to ship these?". Um, "yes, you do ship things here right?". To which she said no, she could not ship those and IF she did it would be $20 more due to "irregular packaging". This is the same issue that others posted about with regard to the bubble mailers. Saying that there is a "new rule" [which she then amended to it being 3 years old] that they need to be in boxes and are irregular packing is untrue. I took them to the UPS Store @ 75th and Lemont and they shipped them for me. (just like that have the last 10 years I have completed this annual shipment). Oh, and the average package cost was $14.36. I have given this UPS Store a chance the last 3 times I have tried to ship things and they have come up short (and then some) every time.

They can’t even uphold the discounts for UPSers on shipping supplies/printing orders that all UPS stores follow but they refuse to acknowledge saying they ‘are a franchise store’ miss all individual UPS stores are franchise ??♀️
