“Took my Honda, to I thought was a trusted/reputable place for an apparent AC problem. Part replaced (that didn't need to be), a tow and another guarantee of we blew something out underneath the distributor cap.....car still didn't run right.
Finally got fed up of being lied too....so I was referred to First Choice Auto by Joe.
Family owned and operated business. The owner explained everything from start to finish and I felt confident that the car would be fixed and at a fair price. The auto tech did a complete over view of the car and figured out it was a fan that wasn't blowing to cool off the engine. The fan was replaced that day and now I no longer have problems while driving the car. In fact I was so impressed with the service, I scheduled my car again today to fix other problems. **Drop off/pick up service back to your home, work etc...is a big plus too**

“I needed a specific make/model tire to match the other three on the car. Sebastian informed me the did not have the tire in stock, but the warehouse did and they could have it by 2pm. I needed the completed tire to me by 6pm. I said go ahead. The tire arrived at 2, I had it install and in my trunk by 3. We made the deadline, and the price was competitive with others that wanted me to wait 3 business days for the same product. Thanks Sebastian, you did great. Certainly will look to Cassidy for future needs.”

“We drive from Lockport to Beard Auto Repair because they are the only mechanics we can trust. After being taken advantage of by every other local auto repair shop, Beard is the best thing to happen to us as vehicle owners. They only fix what needs to be fixed unless you ask them to fix more. You have no idea how great it is to get a call saying no charge because nothing needs repair at this time. Knowing we can wait until spring to revisit possible repairs instead of them just making money off of us is the difference between the honest mechanics at Beard and the 3 other shops we have been to.”

“I had a cracked tail housing in my automatic transmission. I brought it in on Wednesday afternoon and work was completed and I picked the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. I also had them do a oil change. I thought the price for the transmission work was reasonable but thought the oil change was a bit pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and I appreciated the fast turnaround on getting my vehicle back. I would recommend this company for any transmission work.”
