“Today I had an appointment with Makenna for a haircut, Blowout and a full highlight using a Groupon. I've been going to The Nail Inn for quite a few years and even after moving, I make the hour drive because the students are worth it. Every student has always been pleasant and polite and done a good job but today was AMAZING! Makenna kept the conversation flowing throughout the entire appointment. She was kind, caring and considerate. For being only 18, her professionalism dwarfs other cosmetologists that have been doing it for many years.
