Phil spends more time talking than listening. After buying a new car, Phil canceled the wrong car's insurance. After a few months, IL suspended my license plates. His blunder got me pulled over and ticketed. I then had to spend hours at the DMV and $100 to get my plates reinstated. He needs to get his head out of his rear. I switched agents.

Highly recommend! Great office to work with. Phil has been my agent for car insurance since I got my license. He and his staff are unmatched service in service. I know him to be a true professional, having run a reputable business with employees who have stayed with him for many years. Every time----EVERY time-----I need something and call my State Farm team in Lemont I get an incredibly helpful person. Nancy has helped me in the past and she gets an A+ and today Debbie helped me. Also A+. As I said to Debbie before we hung up (of course she fixed my issue) "I love this agency"! And I do. I wish the world worked the way State Farm in Lemont does!
