“The two women working here when my twin boys and I stopped by to get their mom’s necklace repaired were very welcoming and friendly. The boys loved watching as they repaired an issue with an inexpensive piece with sentimental value - no judgment or questions as we don’t know much about jewelry. She immediately knew the type of metal and how to fix it. Great experience. Glad we found them after our other Lemont jeweler retired. She put it in a nicer bag than our sandwich bag and we were on our way! 5/5 stars.”
