After being away from CrossFit for over 5 years, Iron Flag in Lemont has been the perfect place for me to jump back in. Owners and coaches have been great along with a welcoming community. The programming has been exactly what I’ve been looking for.

They boast an excellent , supportive coaching staff that really goes the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I love the variety in the workouts. It keeps me interested. I have also had success with their nutrition programming. It is easy to follow and meets you where you are at.
