People whined about this place a lot for some reason. When I got there, it was cheap, clean, and quiet. No one messed with my car, the room was sparse but clean and comfortable. It was much more than I expected for what I paid. I would absolutely stay here again without a second thought.

Truly a comfortable and peaceful Inn, it is kept well clean, free of insects and serviced often. All staff that I've encountered has shown me great hospitality and kindness. This is one of the most respectable Inn that I've seen in Illinois.

Clean and perfectly functional. Reception service was awesome, doing the extra mile to make sure we are happy. You don't get this at this price point, actually you don't get this at much more expensive places.Safety: Feels perfectly safe

We called to see if they had any rooms as we were driving through Illinois around 8pm. They told us they had one room available left, so we asked them to hold it for us. When we got there the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. He actually had two rooms available, but one was upstairs and we had an elderly person with us so that was out of the question. We took the other room. Not sure if this hotel is going through renovations or not. The outside of the building looked to be in pretty good shape. The room we got not so much. It smelled like old cigarettes. The sink area was disgusting covered in who knows what. The beds were clean thankfully, but old. AC worked pretty good. Carpet was old and dirty. Didn't look like it has been vacuumed. The shower looked it had been redone. Hopefully they fix the room.
