The staff had always been friendly. We use the drive thru, the counter and other areas, never had a problem. You sometimes have to wait, but where do you go nowadays that isn't short staffed?

It is hard for my elderly mother to make it to the bank to deposit money. So, she called the bank and put me on the account so I could deposit money for her. When I went to do so for one reason or another I was listed as a simple beneficiary on the account. Obviously somebody made a mistake and listed me as a beneficiary instead of an account holder. I explained the situation and asked if I could still deposit the money using her debit card. They told me that I could not deposit the money now that they knew that the debit card was not mine. Every single experience I've ever had in my life with a Chase Bank no matter the location there is always a problem. How do you guys even have any customers when you are a bank that makes it difficult to deposit money. Seems like oxymoron or maybe just plain morons... Anyone the banks with Chase should immediately take their money out and go to a competitor. Chase policies are absolutely absurd and work to make life unnecessarily difficult for their customers. Needless to say my mother will not be banking with Chase anymore, I'll make sure of that.

The girls (bank tailors) attitude on a Friday is horrible! They get busy and they forget how to act and treat customers nicely! All 3 of them today need to get checked.

I stood in line 10 min or more, just one teller working the counter. There were 3 persons sitting at desks, with no customers, didn't help. Then a man comes in behind me carrying numerous envelopes (probably business deposits).the Lone teller finally frees up for me. Then one of the Desk People gets up, goes behind the counter to help the man with the envelopes! This ticks me of!!!! Now we SELECT who we're gonna help!Then my girl needs help, and the person that came in after me, Now gets waited on first!Customer service stinks at Chase Lemont!

Once you are in the bank and working with people, they are great. The issue is they never pick up the phone there. They need like a clerk that will answer the calls and direct them to people. Someone who greets you when you come in. Very frustrating trying to set up any type of appointment or get your question answered over the phone. You basically have to walk into the branch each time you have an issue...an issue that likely could have been resolved over the phone.

I can't express the professionalism I received at this bank opened a checking and savings account I was helped with every bit of my new account from setting up mobile app and alerts to online banking which can be the biggest pain super impressed
