I have worked with the team from BTI for many years and have had a wonderful experience. They are experts at what they do, and I always feel confident that I can rely on their recommendations. The team at BTI is always very friendly and willing to help if I ever have questions or need any technical support. Rip off artists! They took almost a half a million dollars and didn't deliver the phone system, maintenance and warranties as promised. Had to take them to court in Cook County Illinois and spend over a hundred thousand dollars in order to get a fraction of what they had stolen! This is documented in the court records.
