This store is a SCAM. Cashier Adrian R. added a new cellphone line to my account without my knowledge on may 5th 2023. Went here on monday( Jan 29th, 2024) just to find out that they can't help resolve my issue because that cashier doesn't work here anymore. Douglas seems like a liar. ( didn't provide the name of the cashier , who made those changes to my account

Douglas was incredibly helpful. He was very pleasant to interact with, and helped me with the process of getting a new phone. He also helped me on the Saturday before this visit by answering my questions about replacing my phone with a newer model and giving me all of the necessary info.

Absolutely useless. I went to the store just to get a proof of purchase for one of our devices. The girl was working alone at the store. As she was in the middle of helping me, two more customers came in. Apparently one just needed to pay the bill, so I stepped aside to let her do the quick transaction. Then she went to help the other customer, stating that will also be a quick transaction. So almost 45 min later, I ran out of patience and left the store without completing my transaction. My kindness was taken for granted today and I was left to wait while other customers were being prioritized. We have a business account with ATT with over 10 phone lines and I expected more efficient service from ATT today. This was very much unacceptable.

Not AT&T directly but a good affiliate store. They didn't have any working sample phones to play with before deciding, so we went to homer glen. But the staff was nice.

I would like to thank Douglas at the Lemont, IL store for untangling the mysterious behavior of my Motorola cell phone. Out of the blue, none of the keys would work, and I couldn’t even turn it off. Within a few minutes he had it working again. Thanks so much, Douglas!

Be really careful with the lady inside… she promise you something to make you switch to them and puts you on high plan right away without your consent..Made me switch line from Verizon to them promising to give me an better deal which at the moment I was paying only $50 with Verizon and my iPhone 11 Pro Max was paid in full… she tricked me in a way to give away my iPhone fully paid and put me in a high plan with them and the first months I was paying $133.19… went to another At&t store to see what’s going on and found out she put me on something that I never requested and agreed on like phone protection insurance and other stuffs.. they were able to change my plan to something more basic which I initially requested and lowered to $91 per month after I’ve paid 3 months $133, $105 and $113 …. But today when I’ve got my bill i recall that she said that they are going to charge me $20 until I pay the difference of the phone which should be no more than $200 cuz at that time I got the iPhone 13 pro max… now just found out when I looked on my bill that they are charging me full price for the phone even after I gave them my fully paid iPhone 11 Pro Max In exchange for my actual phone??♂️ … so I recommend you going to another AT&T or be really careful and read all the documents… don’t sign anything without reading it…I’m really thinking to get an lawyer not because I’m paying more than before and putting me on a plan I haven’t requested but because they SCAMMED me of the old phone which was paid in full and now have to pay another phone for 36 months ??♂️So please be CAREFUL!!!!

It used to be a good store. There was not a single phone in stock to look at or buy. No phones at a phone store? The woman in the store was nice though.

An ATT juvenile clerk just sat on her butt, never bothered to get up off her chair to greet a customerI guess she did not want to waste the energy. On Oct 8 2021 in the afternoon. An elderly friend in the late 80's wented an assist on her phone, ATT had sent her a replacement phone that had to be activated. My friend mentioned the clerk informed her she had to pay $25.00 and had no credit balance on her account. I called ATT customer service, she did not have to pay the $25.00 and had a credit balance of close to $200.00. Lucky for us ATT had hired a quality team member at 702 E Boughton. Kevin programed the phone in 5 minutes. Who hires these people anyway?
