Wilson's Pools Plus did a great job installing my replacement liner! Took about 2 to 3 weeks for the li er to be made and about 2 weeks to get it scheduled and installed. No wrinkles all the corners are tight. I would very much recommend using Wilson's Pools Plus. Anybody who is searching for a pool or replacement liners knows how busy the companies are. Just a side note Bob worked through his Memorial Day weekend to finish the job.Service: Swimming pool equipment repair

They were very professional, always on time thru the entire process of the build. This company employs men that are very good at what they do. Building incredible long lasting BEAUTIFUL pools. Their prices are very good and certainly better than others I had looked at before my build. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE BUT WILSON’S?Services: Inground pool installation

Do NOT give them any of your money. After almost two years of being told “we’ll be there next week” and never seeing anyone after the day I gave them a deposit, I finally decided to cancel the job. Since then, even though they said they would refund it, I’ve spent months trying to get my deposit refunded. Do NOT give them any of your money. My entire experience has simply been one lie after the other and they still haven’t refunded my deposit. Hopefully my complaint will the BBB will help.

Awesome people! Great service! They installed a beautiful pool at our house and several of our friends house as we referred them. JC was a pleasure to work with from the beginning and all employees from the office to installers and service guys are a class act. Highly recommend!

They came out to hook up my pump to my control panel and found out my heater was not working. They order part came back put the parts on the heater and still won’t start this was not there fault . But my pump is still not controlled by the panel. But they never call you back I texted jc and I think he’s the owner but he’s done nothing. All I want you to do if fix the pump like you were supposed to do the first time.

Horrible business!!!! We signed a contract with JC Wilson (owner) in November 2016. The work did not get started until June 2017. They tore out the patio and pool deck and replaced with additions to the patio, replaced the pool coping, and skimmer. When JC came out for a quote, he did not look at the pool nor did he measure the concrete we wanted done. The coping was an additional $1400 and the concrete was an additional $2500. His brother was the contractor for the concrete. He did not contact my husband with the additional charge until AFTER it was laid. The concrete started sinking by the skimmer not even 3 months later and cracks were forming less than a week it was laid. They didn't vacuum the pool floor when they pulled back the liner, therefore, there were rocks left under the liner. They didn't straighten the liner out when refilling the pool. The rocks have punctured a hole in my 2 year old liner. We spent June - October reaching out to JC to get this fixed and finally had to go to BBB to get a response. JC came out to fix the crack but took chunks out of the concrete. Did not come back to fix the concrete chunks. We paid another company to fix the 3 sinking slabs. We will be going through another company for the liner. I DO NOT trust this company and they will NOT be coming back. I will file another complaint on BBB. DO NOT HIRE!!! JC will act like he is on your side but really he does NOT care about you or the job!!!
