“Today I went to the Central Bank at 330 Hartman Lane, O'Fallon IL. I wanted to order more checks and talked to Marilyn Perez. She explained the MaxMoney program to me and I was sold. She was very friendly and did a great job. Then she and Nora Kurtz helped me to sign up for the program. Both are excellent employees and did a 1st class job.”

“I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.”
“I have been a regions customer for over 15 years (I actually got an account at the tail end of the bank known as Planters). Regions has been great. I started as a student with very little to my name. They treated me with the same excellent kindness then as they do now that I have several business accounts as well as a personal checking account. “Convenient parking and easy access from route 50, State Street or I-64. There are two ATMs with weather protection so you don't get soaked getting your cash. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Whether running a business, cashing a check or getting a cashier check...they are always helpful and have helped us with our small business. I also got some expert advice when buying a truck for cash and the seller wanted actual cash. Fortunately we were able to meet up at the bank and do a cashier check. Andrew the manager has been very helpful with my small business.”
“All the representatives are friendly and above and beyond to help me . They recently helped me with faxes and emails that were needed for a loan. There were several complications and if they hadn't helped me, I may have lost my mind LOL. They were always patient and never made me feel uncomfortable because I have a lack of technology. They guided me and helped me get through it. I LOVE my team at my Shiloh branch Commerce ❤️”

“Alex the associate at BOA in Belleville was wonderful. He took an extra step to resolve my problem. He made extra calls to get my problem resolved. Regardless of the amount of time it took for my issue; he stuck it out. I'm use to customer service representatives either passing you off to others oppose to taking an extra step to help the customer with a issue. Also, I would like to compliment his supervisor. She was also supportive in getting my issue resolved. In summary Alex is the definition of what customer service should look like.”

“In the past I was always used the Fairview location as it was closer to my house and was able to develop good rapport with the manager there Amber, I was having difficulty with some account stuff so had to go into the O'Fallon location and to my glad surprise Amber was there helping the location out this weekend. It was great to see her again, she was super helpful, remembered me from way back before Covid hit, and just super amazing. She has been for the last several years that I have banked with PNC. Just thank you for always being excellent!”

They helped us with the purchase of our forever home just recently last yr and have been supporting my business for the last few years. They are very welcoming and authentic and genuinly care about you as a customer. I talked to quite a few banks when I was new in business, trying to find a place where I felt I could establish a long term relationship with. Bank of OFallon is where I felt most comfortable.
