“I've been not recieving my daily newspaper (NYT) consistently each day and was missing three days of delivery. Today my normal deliverly was again missing my paper. I know this is a bad time of the year for our rurual carriers so I wasn't going to make an issue of it. About 30 minutes later, another carrier delivered three days of newspapers. I appreciate so much their extra efforts. My hat is off to your commitment to customer service.”
