“Oh my I don’t even know where to start. I’m giving y’all 100 stars!I’ve been looking for a special accent cabinet for some time and I was so lucky to find it online at Birch and Beams. I payed right a way thinking someone will contact me and deliver it. 5 minutes after I payed Jen the owner texted me and said that they are located in IL and there would be no delivery. She Immediately refunded me my money. Now, I leave in GA that would be 10 hours of driving. I was so upset. My husband said let’s go get it… I texted Jen, she went to her boutique on day that they were closed and took several pictures and video to make sure that is the cabinet that I want.10 hours later my husband and I were picking up our beautiful cabinet, Jen was not there but we met her wonderful husband and her team. Everyone was absolutely kind and customer service was fantastic! Birch and Beams is gorgeous boutique with so many unique items and of course I couldn’t resist and I purchased more stuff!!! Next day we drove back and when I was unpacking my items I’ve noticed that I was missing something.Jen again responded immediately and sent me missing item the next day!Y’all the kindness and care that Jen and her team gave us it is so rare now days, Thank you guys for everything.
