The store manager in the Lawrenceville IL. Store is a force to be reckoned with she so much better than managers in the past with the exception of Deb. Everyone is positive and polite. Always ready to answer questions and the delivery team take their job seriously.

Amanda, Angela, Matt and Garett were very professional. I had to return a lift chair because my budget. After they picked it up, Angela called me about a lift chair that fit my budget. And I love my new chair. Fits all my needs. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have on the floor. My opinion, they all deserve a raise as they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
