I’m just a company driver, and you wouldn’t think that I would really care what my company pays for tires, but this new shop at this location is filled with a bunch of thieves.
$2319 for two fuel max Goodyear tires on the trailer and a bit of labor to repair an airline and rehang my mudflap. Even I know this was a price gouge, but to make matters worse, the technicians went into the garage after they told my company what they were being charged to high five one another and brag about what they just got away with. We honestly could have paid less if we had called for road service from loves or TA. This is disgusting!

First shower I had it hair everywhere like pub hair it was disgusting the cleaning lady moved me to a different bathroom still had hair everywhere. Won’t be back

One of the cashiers just stole money from me.i counted out over 6 dollars in change in front of him.he verified it put it all in a cup and disappeared when he came back he shorted me saying I gave him less....what a dufess..thieves working at flying j...will be calling general manager today

*Personnel was friendly, #4⭐️. But I’m too disgusted about the showers to bother reviewing the store honestly! Zero zero zero! Nasty! This was not accidental! There’s no way they didn’t see all the hair in there! I had took 9 piks of clumps of hair but it’s useless to post em all, Managers ignore reviews these days, smdh. BTW??? They were NOT BUSY! We were only 1 of 2 people that used showers in the hour & 1/2 we were inside there to shower & order take out from Dennys! Slim red headed gal was who cleaned out the shower we went into which was shower #3 @ 5:45pm. Idk if she’s new or blind! But there was NO missing all the black hair around the whole damn shower & floor! & yes it’s very upsetting! Pull in for the night after being on road 13 hrs, the least you can do is sweep up & wipe down your showers! ……

Stopped here this morning about 2 am on January 7th, 2024.The gentleman working was the most nicest man we have ever encountered at ANY truck stop! The store was so nice and clean and the breakfast was so good! Definitely one of the best ones we have ever stopped at!
