“Our shepherd was sprayed by a skunk at 4:30 this morning. Having never dealt with this before, I tried washing her fur (which now I know is the wrong thing to do) and getting nowhere. I called to see if Nadine was able to help Greta. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for getting Greta in immediately, removing the stench and washing her collar!!!! I am so thankful to Nadine, Rob and Victoria for going that extra mile to help Greta and to educate me if this ever happens again. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything today as well as each and every time she is groomed!!”

“Love the staff. The groomer Kelsey has handled my dog since she was a puppy. Luna loves to go see her every time we go in. The dog training classes are also great! Geno is a great teacher, he definitely notices if a dog is struggling with one thing and gives you different techniques on how to get your dog to achieve the task you want. He is always in a good mood, which definitely makes class more fun and helps you dog want to learn. I highly recommend him as a trainer. Can't wait to continue classes with my Luna. ?”
