“It's been a little less than 1 year since we got out mattress. Travonne was the one that helped us, and was more than just helpful. It was personal. She wants you to sleep well. We got a tempurpedic and we absolutely love it. It can get warm if you use a big blanket and don't move much, but I already keep my room cold. Letting a fan blow on the warm spot cools it off in minutes, so it's not a big deal for me. Otherwise, it is what I look forward too after a day of hard work or intense exercise. I'm so glad we were able to have the experience we did with her, because there is NO WAY I would have spent the money if it wasn't for the knowledge from Travonne and transparency about the product and the process.”

“I am not happy with the way they deliver today. This is the first time that I’m not been happy with the way things got delivered. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know that they delivered the dishwasher at the back door which they were told to deliver at the front door. They didn’t call me And let me know they were here you knock at my door. I can’t hear you in the house so this is the first time I’ve been very upset with the way things happen with the delivery people. I think they’re lazy and I’m not very happy very, very, very, very upset.”
