They had my car for four days, granted the first day I dropped it off later in the afternoon, and never Even brought it in to do an estimate. The employee I spoke to when I dropped it off was told I needed an estimate and exactly what was going on. Fast forward to Wednesday, called to get an update later in the afternoon and was told that they would get to it tomorrow (Thursday). Now keep in mind the last I spoke to had no idea what was going on with the vehicle even though I explained in detail when I dropped it off the previous day. Fast forward to Thursday still no estimate and they haven't even brought it in to look at it. It is now Friday and I call yet again to see what is going on. The guy that answers the phone is the guy that I spoke to on Tuesday. He tells me that they have looked at it yet because they needed to get me scheduled in. Now mind you this is my only vehicle and I have been out of work this whole week due to their incompetent staff. I have had enough at this point, I secure a ride to the shop to get my car. I call them back and tell them to leave the keys in the cup holder that I would be getting the car that day. Well low and behold now they are supposedly looking at it and the guy that answered said ok I'll tell them to stop working on it. Long story short I'm doing the repairs myself.

You need work done on your vehicle this is the place to take it too. Excellent mechanics. Fair prices, get the vehicle fixed quickly, without killing the your wallet. Also has a bodyshop. Just excellent guys that know their stuff. A+ all the way.
