Absolutely the worst!!! The phone number on CarParts.com is out of service. I tried the ph. number at JC Whitney which I found online is actually carparts.com (the recording says it is, but it's not visibly listed that way online) and after one call which was a recording, I am not able to call back I am getting a message that the number has been disconnected! I got a radiator from these folks with a HUGE dent in it and damage to the core. There is a hole in it. And I can't reach *anyone*. NEVER AGAIN.

Very horrible business! They have incorrect vehicle info on certain parts online! Also, when ordering I made sure my address was COMPLETELY correct. When FedEx had my order in the city I live in, they told me CarParts had put my email as my address instead of my actual address. Now I have to call all kinds of numbers back and forth. Will not receive my order, had to wait a week already, supposedly it has to be shipped back to the east coast from the west coast and that’ll probably take another two weeks. I needed that part SOON! Horrible horrible customer service. Very unorganized. Incorrect information. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take your business and time elsewhere!

I purchased a rubber bed mat for my pickup truck from them as J. C. Whitney. They sent me the wrong bed mat. I have been writing to them for over a year now, even as the company has been taken over by Carparts.com, and neither have responded to me as to either exchanging the wrong bed mat for the right one, or for a refund. I would never make another purchase from this company. So far, I'm out over $125.00.

So far so good .I pay attention to detail on part ads because I've had that happen at AutoZone. Com .JC Whitney is all good in my book.Never have problems like that again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company for any kind of business. I ordered a set (bot sides) of exhaust manifolds for a pickup. The day after I ordered I get an email saying that they are out of stock. I think OK no harm no foul and go and order another set from another distributor. About 4 days after that I get a 60$ charge on my credit card (not the price of the set). I also get an email from them saying that they have shipped one manifold. I tried to call them to cancel the shipment I was told a wait time of 75 minutes then after about 45 the line went dead. I have tried to email them multiple times with no answer. I have no received a box from them (not going to open it) I just want my money back. Fraudulent company fraudulent charges I did not authorize this price I did not authorize one manifold. Horrible company do not do business with them.

I ordered a fuel pump for my 2003 BMW 330. I tried installing the fuel pump, but it did not fit. Called Customer Service, after waiting an hour, someone answered. They researched, and found I had ordered correctly, but they sent me a fuel pump for a Kia. They would not send me the correct one. I would have to send the parts back at MY own expense, and reorder. So they penalize you for their mistakes. Terrible customer service. No way will I ever order from them again.

Wide selection of parts but very slow and no communication on shipping parts. Was on hold for over a hour 2 times trying to find what's going on with my order and never could get in touch with anyone. I also emailed and they never responded to me. My customers have had to wait on there parts and still have no idea what's going on. I called first to make sure the part's were in stock and available..they said that were in stock. Very Unsatisfied and don't think I will order from them again.

I made an order for:2006 BMW 325i Base 6 Cyl 3.0L - Center Engine Splash ShieldThey claim on their own website that this part is the correct fitment for a 2008 BMW 335i coupe. However this is not the case. I tried calling into their customer service but no one ever answered. Also once the line connects they disconnect immediately. I even tried to contact them through the email. Unfortunately no help. It's not my fault they did not specify the item fitment correctly. Forget your 90 day grace period. You guys never wanted to get in contact. I am reporting this experience to BBB. BE CAREFUL DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I sent back a part, they offer a refund between 24 or 48 hours when they got the item back, It been almost 3 weeks since I sent the Item and I haven't receive anything, not even an email, If you try to call they never answer, and if by lucky you get answer they pretend don't hear you and cut the call. This is like stealing from me, stay away from this rats.
