Sent over a friend that spoke spanish and she was turned away and wasn’t helped. Even with a translator on their phone ?

They have 10 customers in line and 1 person helping and taking 10 mins for each person. It’s like that always and it’s very annoying and people are fighting in lines due to no help frustrations. Please have more employees and fast service.

The experience I had in here was very horrible. The woman was very rude to me when I asked for a slip to receive money she said ' We don't do that any more I just need your ID and very rude tone. I came in there with good spirits and she just brought them all the way down I will never come back here again
