HORRIBLE customer service. I called asking where my shoes were because it has been way longer than the shipment date and i still had no tracking number. So then i asked why and got yelled at and was told that i was a bad customer. Everything is taking so long. Do not recommend if you’d like to be screamed at on the phone and have your items come a month or so late. Could give 0 stars if i could

Drew is always so nice and patient helping my daughter pick out different shoes. He always carries everything to the counter for us and Malek makes sure we are taken care of. My daughter loves coming here, she never wants to go shopping anywhere else!
