Poor management. Staff is rude and don't value patients time. The doors are locked and they don't come ouy of their rooms. You can keep knocking on door. I was there for more than 1 hour and left without blood work. Don't recommend this location.

I just wanted to say the ladies in Lansing are amazing and worked so great together. The new hire will fit in perfect. They all worked as a team and did an absolute fantastic job. Thank you all at Lansing who all are super stars ♥️ Such a professional and great group of ladies. TY ♥️

!!Notice only one response from staff for apology to the senior apparently rhey clearly own all negative reviews this is due to gen z and if businesses don’t start hiring customer service related employees there all going to crumble I too had a very horrible experience yet cooperate does nothing and the foolishness continues welcome to the new world of gen z

No one in the waiting room, waited for nearly 10 minutes before tech came out. Rude tech. Must say she did the least painful stick ever. Test results came back next day - good, but one of the results was still "in-process" - never happened in 20 blood tests.

It could be my perception, but there are a line full of people in the facility, I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, and now 35 minutes later I'm still waiting. In the meantime, an apparent friend ran into the facility as the phlebotomist held the door and she went in for service. I thought she may have been an employee until she came back out, checked into the kiosk (SHE N on the monitor at 9:30) and went back in. Now I'm late for work meetings as I'm still 3rd in line according to the monitor with one person still waiting to be seen for an 8:10a appointment (8:10). What is going on????? Now the facility is FULL of people coughing and such. After complaining to a tech that people are going in and the list isn't moving, SHE N moved from 9:30 to 8:30 on the list. So now I KNOW this person jumped the line.

I experienced a terrible experience with the quest in Calumet city I came in spoke was not greeted very nasty attitudes and I felt like they are not Black people friendly after being over looked for people who just walked in

The staff are very nice. I always get in and out in 10 minutes. I was disappointed when the lady drawing my blood informed me that they will no longer be taking walk-ins and that I must schedule the appointment and show up at the given time or I wouldn't be seen. Because of my job, I sometimes get the opportunity to leave early. This allows me to get to my appointment and get labs done fast. I decided to visit the Hammond location who informed me that they take walk-ins. She also told me that all locations take walk-ins but appointments will be seen first. I've been using Quest for decades and was always able to do a walk-in and get my lab work done even if I went earlier than my appointment time. I checked the website and the lobby and saw nothing saying that a visit requires a appointment and without one I won't be seen. I figured that I was being lied to about a required appointment. I was told this at my appointment on Wednesday, July 27th. Can someone from this location please find out who drew my blood and why I was told that a appointment was required? Can someone make sure that if the information given was true that they update the website and post in the lobby or door? As big as Quest is, they could sent out a email or a letter via post office. I'm just trying to get to the truth and see why the policy changed after decades. Regardless, I won't be returning to this location since a appointment is required. Very disappointing.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The white lady with blonde hair and black roots was extremely rude and just nasty. There was no one in there and she was rushing and talking to me fast like I was wasting her time. I had informed her that I just found out that I was pregnant and she said nothing. Not that I need a congrats, it's just how she was so not nice. Clearly she was going through something in her life and it was for sure spilling over into her job. She was trying to inform me that something wasn't right with the insurance coding and I said to her I feel as if you are rushing and I don't even feel comfortable asking anything about what the issue is or what I need to do. When I said that she tried her best to tone it down a notch but even then she was so fake. I am willing to drive a little further for better service. Very sad because I came in so excited about my 1st kid and she was trying her best to shoot that down with her bad energy. Ps I NEVER write reviews but this was crazy.

I have been going to this location for a while because it's up the street from my home. And I must say I am willing to travel to another location, because the ladies there are very rude and consideration of your time and don't mine inconveniencing you. And the blond one is the rudest. So I will no long visit this location.

Claims to have the best premium pricing for united healthcare insurance holders. Not true. Same services cost me $100 more towards deductible versus getting them done at community hospital walk in. Will not return...this is why Americans want transparent pricing, taking insurance into account...stop with the advertising games and claims of pricing.

Go elsewhere staff is incompetent. Been there 6+ times then they tell me they’re out of network. 1st time I went I asked if my insurance was accepted tech said yes .Now I have thousands of dollars in bills .Thank you QUEST .
