I was attempting to order through the mobile app and wanted to add cheese to my chicken sandwich, I saw none so I came inside to get direction or a solution as to how to add cheese. Over the phone she stated I could customize and I didn’t see that. She refuse to help and said, you mad huh? Ignorant! She was the manager on duty 4/16/24 at 2:00pm told me to go home and get me some cheese out my refrigerator because she would mess up her inventory if she charged me for a miscellaneous cheese (she stated she had no miscellaneous button, to add cheese on a chicken sandwich). Very rude, she don’t care about customer service. No wonder the rest of the staff acts this way. The manager sets the tone. She should not be managing anyone until she gets managerial training. I will be contacting corporate.( She refuse to tell me who her general manger is as well as her store location #—- she blurted out 171 ___ . I asked again she ignored me)

Horrible customer service by Arnetta and Ameisha on 4/15/24 at 10:45pm-11pm. I believe they are charging incorrect prices. I was charged 14.77 according to my receipt provided first then on bank statement 16.22. I went back to get a correct receipt and she instantly knew what I was coming for and provided another receipt saying she provided wrong receipt. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

I swear I never saw and employee on FaceTime saying she the manger and she can do what she wants while talking over the food.She’s so busy talking she has to stop preparing food to emphasize her point on FaceTime.Chicken is just piled up sitting in heaterJust aweful experience go else where if you can

Worst service I’ve ever had coming to this location. The black girl with the glasses on that taking order and working the window absolutely TRASH! The way she talked to the man in the car in front of me so rude. Then when I got to the window she didn’t even acknowledge me. Handed me my food with an attitude and when I asked her some sauce she acted as if she had to go in the back and whip it up herself. She doesn’t need to be on anyone’s speaker let alone allowed to interact with customers. She needs to be in the back dropping fries because clearly her skill set has not yet pecked customer service. Do better I will also be contacting corporate. And whatever manger is on shift your to blame as well because you see the kind of service she is NOT providing and yet you allow her to still be in contact with people. I would have sent her home.

BYE, this Popeyes employees always have a nasty attitude. It’s like they don’t know how to talk. People come here to spend their money and get good food, not to be annoyed with attitudes especially the young folks. No home training!

When you buy a box of chicken, the staff just put any pieces in the box. They don't try to give you at least two pieces of each chicken part. They just put whatever in the box.

I am sitting in the Lobby waiting on my food patiently but I do not like how I can literally hear so much cursing from the staff and loud I will be back but I will stick with the drive thru so I will not hear so much cursing and playing around

The Popeyes location in Lansing, IL needs all new staff. Everytime I come here, there are always 2 to 3 employees standing outside while there are long lines, the orders are never correct and the customer service is poor.Today, I ordered the $6.99 special that includes two pieces of chicken , two sides and a biscuit. I only received one side dish. The chicken was bland and uncooked. I called three times to speak with a Manager but there was no answer. Not to mention, the young lady at the drive-thru window was very rude. She did not greet me, and she did not repeat my order to ensure accuracy.I will no longer be a consumer of this Popeyes location.
