This is the best place for physical therapy, and I cannot thank the staff enough. They are truly dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. Being there was so pleasant, I did not want to stop therapy when my sessions were finished and the pain had subsided greatly. Being prone to injury, I have been to PTSIR in Lansing three times. I have been to other places for physical therapy, and PTSIR is by far the best place for recovery. PTSIR is highly recommended. Thanks again! Until next time.

If you are looking for a physical therapy facility and team that is committed to helping you strengthen your body then PTSIR Lansing is the place.James, Sam, and Aleida are the best. I loved how they made each patient feel special. They made sure that each patient felt comfortable and worked hard to reach their protential. I came there for neck, shoulder and arm weakness after having major neck surgery. I highly recommend this facility.

After my shoulder surgery, when I had to pick a place to go for my PT, I wasn’t sure where to go. I really was only aware of the chain places, like ATI and Athletico. But I couldn’t drive for about a month so I chose PTSIR in Orland Park because I thought, if for some reason my wife was not available to drive me, it’s only about a 2 mile walk. I could do that. Sometimes you’re smart and sometimes you’re just lucky. Here I was lucky. This place, and these people, are outstanding. Personable, professional, & proficient in the science/art of PT. People had told me: “keep up with your therapy. You’re gonna hate it but you gotta keep going.” I got news for you. I didn’t hate it. I actually enjoyed it. Why? 1. It’s working. I have about 75% mobility & strength back in my shoulder. 2. These people, Melanie & Linda, they are so engaged in your situation and your progress and so friendly that we actually have conversations and laugh. It’s hard sometimes to show your vulnerabilities (even tho it’s a result of surgery) to strangers. They made it easy. I went to another place about 18 months ago, before surgery was decided. And they were good...friendly, seemed competent. But not nearly as engaged or invested in how I was progressing. Again, they were fine. But on a scale of 1 to Mel, they were like a 2. So thank you Linda for being so friendly and open and helpful. And thank you Mel. You have been simply wonderful.

Wonderful Experience was had at the Tinley office. Robin and Jeff set up a good program for my recovery from my procedure. Very personable, encouraging, friendly and fun. The office was clean and I felt safe as the staff is diligent with sanitizing.

I've been coming to PTSIR for several therapies since the 1980's. They are the best. They get results quickly an are compassionate with their patients. I enjoy recovering through PTSIR's care. Thank you Ron, James, Jim and Corey.

I had my doubts going in for OT and it being my first time needing this type of therapy. But the staff was wonderful! They are all very attentive, remember you by name and face every week!! I was very impressed how encouraging they were as well as made it clear you don't need to push yourself too hard. Great people! I'd highly recommend them for any OT or PT needs.
