Glasses were poorly made broke within 1 week of me getting them this has never happened before all my years wearing glasses I looked at the framework I believe they were refurbished the metal is not new the docs were nice didn’t tell them they broke don’t feel like being bothered

Lady at the front desk damaged the lenses so bad on my brand new glasses ($400 out of pocket)...I just went in to have them adjusted...I only had them for 24 hours...the worst part is she wouldn't own up to her mistake and kept saying she didn't see any scratches and she made me feel like it was my fault...I finally handed them to another girl and she saw the scratches which were so deep you could feel them...and then I realized I was blind and had to drive home...she didn't offer me any help, I had to ask for contacts...she even had the nerve to ask me cant you just wear them...now I have to wait another 3 weeks...needless to say I'm gonna pick up my glasses and take them somewhere else to be adjusted...I'm really hoping I get some kind of compensation from the manager when I speak to them tomorrow ...I know she didn't mean to damage them...but to lie about it is what is really upsetting

I wish they would have just verified my child's insurance while my wife was there. She has been denied 2 different times because they didn't verify the insurance ahead of time. She even asked if they would verify while she was there so this wouldn't happen again because this is the second instance. They refused because they next person arrived even though she had been there for 30 minutes. She feels no reason to make a new appointment since she is running the risk of this again. Extremely unprofessional. Also, my son came home crying because of how upset he was. He was really looking forward to the glasses. I really don't see why this happened so many times when she called ahead to make sure they accept his insurance, and they said yes. My wife was there the day before and they didn't ask for this information then either.

Awesome experience. Staff was so kind and helpful. My daughter has gone to the same eye doctor for years and we decided it was time to try somewhere new. So happy with our decision to switch. Will definitely return.
