I called Rodney Hawthorne and he was here within a couple of hours. He installed new batteries and got us working! We appreciate so much his excellent service that was above and beyond!”

“I had a great experience with the 5 employees that I dealt with. I was very skeptical about having to pick up my order here, after reading the reviews. But staff actually went above and beyond to help me. I was originally going to pick up something for my son. Since I was there on regular crutches and I was having trouble with them, I asked a few questions regarding other crutches. They were very helpful answering my aquestions regarding the insurance also. Then they offered to have someone fit me for the crutches that I got somewhere else, to see if that helped me. I'd definitely go back again.”
