They will never update your order unless you contact them. Cannot deliver product in time for your sport's start date. Unfortunately have to use them for school sports. Magically, when you send an email asking where your items are for, they ship them out right away. No apology or explanation.

I have been going to the LSS for over 50years. I have purchased gym suits, lettermen's jackets, athletic shoes, baseball gloves, team uniforms, group tee shirt orders, jacket orders, and trophies. I have always received top quality and a fair price. Making a profit is not a sin. They are an outstanding family business with great customer service. I have since moved away from Lansing, but I still refer people every chance I get.Vern Smith

Well after doing business with these people for years we've been took. Gary is a great salesman and I appreciate him very much. Now the phone wench and Tony the owner are another thing. Embroidery was sub par for the money. When told that the pro Lem would be resolved only half the issue was acknowledged. I've been trying to call and speak with Tony for a week and no return calls. Everyone is to damn lazy to look for Tony. Well 1400.00 lose and the end of our business with Lansing Sport Shop. Absolute bunch of crooks. Major league pricing with little league quality and service. Buyers beware.

I have always had a great experience with Lansing Sport Shop both professionally and personally. Professionally, they have done so much for us from donating or selling at cost items to our various causes to fulfilling and delivering orders last minute promptly and quickly. Rarely have we had issues and those few we’ve had have been rectified immediately. Great business!!
