Mr Smith was very efficient and informing. Made sure I knew what my policy consisted of. He also attempted to upsell as well which I appreciated but declined. Mr Smith read the room and sensed that I was a little short on time and accommodated me while still being helpful with my questions and efficient. Thank you Mr Smith!
