This location is fraudulent, irresponsible, lazy and has appalling customer service!! My taxes state and federal were done incorrectly and I was Audited by the IRS!! I purchased the recommended Audit protection in addition to filing which brought my total bill to over $300 dollars!! When I told them I was Audited, I was met with sarcasm and ZERO Refund. What was the point of paying extra for Audit Protection?!?! Avoid this location like the Scam that it is. I'd recommend avoiding All H&R Block locations all together. It's Not worth the Risk.
