This car wash is the worst. They damaged my vehicle and refused to compensate me for repairs. They tried to make it sound like I was at fault. Very disappointing customer service. They even blocked my number when I tried to called, had to call from another phone to cancel subscription. If you have to use wash rack make sure the old man is not guiding you through, he will tear your ish up

I've been a customer or over 6 years. I wash all 3 of my vehicles there and always come away satisfied! Shout out to Val and all the staff.

The lines weren't to long They have that you can wash your car yourself or go through the automatic car wash. I went through the automatic. It got the car quite clean. Of course you have to hand dry the window after going through. They also have free vacuuming. The machines are powerful and they pick up all the dirt. The staff is friendly. I thought they could smile a little bit more but I guess it's not necessary to get your car clean. Buy the pass for 25 bucks, you get five washes anytime you want. It's like getting one free if you paid for five individual car washes. So one free is pretty cool. It's a nice little car wash and very organized

So I just wanted to wash my very dirty weathertech floor mats. I ended up at this car wash. I got change from their change machine. As I went to start the wash I realized the coin slot was taped over and not accepting coins. Then I proceeded to do something STUPID. I tapped my card to pay for the wash!! UGH I NEVER use my card in unmonitored situations like this. The wash was supposed to be $3. When I checked my account later my card had been charged $15! So I called my bank, didn't dispute the charge because the machine didn't give me a receipt, I canceled my card to prevent any further fraud, and life goes on. Moral of the story: Times are hard and scammers are scamming!!!!!

Easy clean car wash. I did visit and I had a good visit. I took care of the business of taking care of my Car And it was a great visit. My car looked great when I left there. The little crowded, but that's okay. I'm old here OG. So I just sit back to kill my car and watch the young folk, do they thing And I was fortunate enough to have words with them on the positive side game. Always see gay, they know o. G when they see one, how about that? They put some speck? On me. Ha ha

If I could give this car wash a 0 I would. The owner is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked him why the vacuums are not working and I have a membership. He told me that he was not cutting them on today and I could be mad all I want to but he not turning them on. As a owner of a business you do not talk to your paying customers like that. He also started being unprofessional. I told him I want to cancel my membership and he told me he was not and to call the number on wall which no one answers. This place is rip off!!! I have to call my bank and let them know the car wash is scamming people. You can’t cancel!!!

They went up on price $2.. You get 2mins 45secs for $3 where as it was $1.75 for 3mins. Time ran quicker.. I put $5 in got 6mins by he time I walked to the sprayer I was at 4mins 32secs..HOW? They cheating you out the time. There is no way in hell it took me a minute and a half to walk from the front of my car to the middle of my car.No notice for pricing going up. Other customers should not have to suffer because you have ppl using your FREE vacuum service without washing their car. I been coming here for 12 yrs. I shall not return. Will be going to the car wash on Torrence where it’s still $1.75 start and 15mins for $5. Spent $6 and my car still dirty.. Unacceptable

Wonderful place , convenient location ,5 star service! Quick efficient and affordable,and their shampoo is the absolute best !! Got my car cleaned 2 weeks ago the beautiful smell hasn't left the vehicle 20/10

Service wash closed at 8:07pm. Self wash paid $3 for 3 minutes to wash. Wow! Then there was a truck blasting music, giving me a headache, so I went to the west vacuums & they're shut off. I'm disappointed with this place. If I come earlier the guy who takes $ at the full service wash isn't friendly. There's another Easy Clean by Rts 30 & 41 that hires friendly workers. Its a nicer place, too. Too bad it's not closer, I'd use them every week.

Unfortunately Easy Clean ended the $5.00 for 15min in a wash bay deal. (Loved that deal...) But that's OK. Still a good car wash, and they have a mobile app now!
