The light skin female worker is very rude and argumentative. The store was not well stocked and trash was in the lot. Dollar tree, hire better employees or monitor their interactions with customers. She was very comfortable with her bad attitude.

MANAGER IS A LIGHT SKINNED LADY WITH SHORT HAIR... MY SON SAID EXCUSE ME BUT SHE REFUSED TO MOVE, SO HE WALKED BY HER AND SHE YELLED AT HIM. THEN WHEN I CONFRONTED HER FOR WORKING IN PUBLIC SERVICE BUT BEING RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE TO A CHILD, SHE CALLED THE POLICE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN LEADERSHIP IF SHES AFRAID OF HER SHADOW TO THE POINT OF NOT WANTING SOMEONE TO WALK PAST HER. WE WERE VISITING FAMILY FROM OUT OF STATE--- NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ?

I normally enjoy this dollar tree as it is well stocked and fairly clean. I am unsure of the lady's name but upon check out,I greeted her and she replied with \"I'm just going to ask you one question, did you put something back in the wrong spot?\" I replied with no I didn't but I picked up some candy that I probably shouldn't have for my children,but I did not place anything in the wrong spot. I then explained to her I drive this distance because I enjoy the well stocked store...she replied with if it was left up to the customers it would not look this way. I understand sometimes we just have bad days but this was unacceptable..I appreciate her dedication to keep the environment clean,but her customer service could use a lot of work. I will not return and will stop suggesting this dollar tree to others.
