I visit this bank ? quite frequently and Mr. Jaron Jordan has always been very professional, helpful and informative about financing and planning for future investments. He respects your time by being punctual with his appointments and he’s willing to answer any question. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll research the answer for you. He even brought in Louis Vela, Sr. Home Lending Advisor at Chase Bank in Lansing, IL off Ridge Rd., to one of our banking meetings to better educate me about purchasing real estate-investment properties ? Both men are very knowledgeable in their craft and I’d highly recommend visiting this branch and speaking with Jaron Jordan and Louis Vela ✊?

Leslie Rivera took good care of us!! We went other Chase branches and we got turned away for not having an appointment! We waited for a while but she was fast and efficient! She resolved our issue!!!

Professional, friendly, timely, helpful, public notary service used numerous times, we have savings, checking, and highschool checking for my son. They've given me free checks when I was out. 2 drive up atms, so if one has a line you can go to the other. Parking lot is awkward for parking to go inside (seems backwards).

Thank you Mike!!! Short story: I went in there 7 mins before they close because I needed some important paperwork done and couldn't get off work any earlier. What I needed done took some time and effort. Not only did he stay late to make sure it got done, but he seemed genuinely excited and happy to do so. Never thought I would leave a review about a bank experience, but man, thank you again Mike! Id give 6 stars if I could!

I have never had a problem at this branch. Everyone is professional and friendly but Mike Sons, one of the bankers there, is the absolute best. So helpful!

Perfectly okay branch. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There's never too long of a wait. There's multiple ATMs both inside and outside of the building, and they're open pretty late for a bank.

Beyond rude! Manager never calls back and has the employees always come up with an excuse! Will be closing all my accounts on the morning
